Terms of Service

What Thirty is
Thirty cuts short clips from a long video you upload, and edits the clips you approve. It runs on AI. You use it through this website.
Your video
You must own the video you upload, or have permission to use it. You keep all rights to your video and to the clips we deliver. You give us permission to process the video to make your clips.
Paying
You pay once per video, for a set number of clips, before processing starts. Prices are shown before you pay. Payment is handled by our payment provider; we never see your card number.
What you get
Raw cuts to review, then edited versions of the clips you approve. If your video has fewer strong moments than you paid for, the extra clips stay on your account for your next video. We do not pad orders with weak clips.
Fair use
Do not upload content that is illegal, that you do not have rights to, or that harms others. We can refuse or remove such content and close accounts that abuse the service.
Our promises and limits
We work to keep the service running and your files safe, but the service is provided as-is. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the order in question.
Changes
If these terms change, the date above changes too. Big changes get announced on the site.
